- MINISTRIES -
At Grace Christian Fellowship, we love little ones and want to see them come to know the Lord. We also believe it is important for children to be involved in worship and for them to see those within their family worship the Lord. With this goal in mind, children are with us throughout the music portion of our morning worship service. Just prior to the message from God’s Word, there will be an opportunity for children birth to 2nd grade to continue worship in either our Little Lambs Ministry or our Kingdom Kids Ministry. (If it is your preference to keep your children with you throughout the entirety of worship, you are more than welcome to do so!)
Children birth to 3 years old will enjoy the loving care they receiving within our Little Lambs Ministry. You may leave your cell phone number and one of our caregivers will be able to text during worship if your little one has a need.
Children 4 years old to finished 2nd grade enjoy our Kingdom Kids Ministry where they enjoy music, a Bible lesson and related activities as well as memorizing the Books of the Bible. They will especially enjoy, Mr. Whiskers, our church mouse!
"… so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it."
- Isaiah 55:12

Candy. Candy. And, more candy! Each October 31, we’re prepared with lots of candy and even more love as we use homes within our GCF Family as “Houses of Hope” — giving children a sweet treat and whole lot of Jesus!

Attracting more than 6,000 visitors of all ages for an incredible selection of antiques, toys, tools and other treasures, Plumb Alley Day is known as one of the biggest one-day events in the Tri-Cities, and most certainly in Abingdon.
Children’s Summer Evening Camp

Collect & Distribute Food
Throughout the year, we collect Food for Faith in Action. Every 6 weeks, we’re on hand at Fatih in Action, distributing the food to those in need.
As we prepare for the beginning of each school year, Grace Christian Fellowship takes part in “Back-To-School Backpacks” — filling backpacks for school supplies for families in need.
